Refund & Cancellation Policy
Mind Matters Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1409698-V) provides professional investment-consultancy and software-development services. Because this work is bespoke and time-based, refund and cancellation terms are set out below and in the engagement agreement for each project.
Last updated: 25 June 2026.
What this covers
We provide advisory, corporate-landing, applied-AI, and software-development services. Each paid engagement is governed by an individual written agreement or quotation that defines its scope, fees, payment schedule, milestones, and any deposit. Where the terms below and your signed engagement agreement differ, the engagement agreement prevails.

Materials offered at no charge — such as the JS-SEZ Blueprint, guides, and other downloads — carry no fee, so no payment and no refund applies to them.
Cancelling an engagement
- You may cancel an engagement at any time by written notice (email is sufficient), subject to any notice period stated in your engagement agreement.
- On cancellation, fees for work already performed and for third-party costs already committed on your behalf up to the cancellation date remain payable.
- We will confirm the cancellation and provide a final statement of work completed and amounts due or, where applicable, refundable.
Refunds
- Fees for professional time and work already delivered are generally non-refundable, as the value has been provided.
- Where you have prepaid for work not yet started, any unused, uncommitted portion is refundable in line with your engagement agreement.
- If we are unable to deliver a service you have paid for, we will refund the corresponding amount.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period after the final statement is agreed.
